How it works!
1. Request a Repair Ticket
- Start the Process: If your drone has crashed or needs an upgrade, simply request a repair ticket online or give us a call. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
2. Send Us Your Drone
- Easy Shipping: After you request the ticket, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to safely send your drone to us for inspection.
3. Inspection & Confirmation
- We’ll Inspect & Confirm: Once we receive your drone, we’ll inspect it thoroughly. You'll get an email with pictures showing the condition of your drone, so you can confirm everything was received.
4. Repair Estimate
- Receive Your Estimate: Our technicians will assess your drone and provide you with a detailed estimate for the repair costs, parts needed, and any upgrades.
5. Approve or Decline
- Make Your Choice: If you approve the estimate, we’ll move forward with the repairs. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll charge a $69 diagnostic fee for the inspection.
6. Repairs & Upgrades
- We Fix & Upgrade: Once you approve the repair, we’ll handle everything—from fixing any issues to installing new parts, updating firmware, and re-calibrating your drone for optimal performance.
7. Test Flight
- Quality Check: After repairs, we perform a test flight to make sure everything is working perfectly. We don’t return your drone until it's fully flight-ready.
8. Payment & Shipping
- Easy Online Payment: After the test flight, we’ll send you a payment link via email. Once payment is received, your drone will be shipped back to you, ready to fly.
9. Ready to Fly
- Back in Action: Once you receive your drone, you’re good to go! You can now enjoy your fully repaired or upgraded drone.
