His vision is to build an organization with the fellowship of a church; a place where people feel welcome, share life, support one another, and put their gifts to meaningful use.

For Brandon, restoring people and the planet begins with relationships. He sees AerSol as a community where purpose and innovation grow from a foundation of love, trust, and belonging. He loves a big idea, but what lights him up most is seeing people come alive while bringing the vision to life together.

Christos is passionate about organizational and regenerative wellness; creating spaces where people can align with their unique design and pursue their passions with purpose. His background in medicine, education, coaching, and entrepreneurship shapes his approach to helping people and organizations thrive.

At AerSol, he is pioneering The AerSol Way, a foundational operating system rooted in the law of love and sacred economics. His vision is to create a sanctuary for meaningful work, shared prosperity, and innovation that restores people and the planet. Christos brings curiosity, heart, and a playful willingness to rethink what’s possible.

With a background in marketing, public relations, nonprofit development, and administration, Amy brings experience in building relationships, coordinating events, and organizing the people and resources that help a business grow.

She leads AerSol’s marketing, events, and community outreach while supporting internal organization, communication, and follow-through. Amy enjoys helping people succeed, bringing clarity to next steps, and turning ideas into action, strengthening connections within the team and throughout the community.

Justin Olhrogge brings a hardworking spirit, a creative eye, and plenty of curiosity to his work as AerSol’s drone pilot and specialist. After years as a laborer, he’s excited to help build the future of drones and explore what this technology makes possible.

His favorite place to explore? The Black Hills. Justin loves capturing the beauty of the place he calls home through stunning aerial photos and video, finding fresh perspectives on familiar landscapes. When he’s on the ground, you might find him hunting for his next Pokémon card. Whether it’s a rare find or the perfect shot, Justin loves discovering something worth sharing.

Fresh out of college, Drew brings a zeal for life and an optimism for what the future holds. You can usually find Drew spending time in God's creation--he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and mountain biking, along with other outdoor activities. If he is not outdoors, he is likely using his gifts to invest in the younger generation, interning in the Next Gen department at a local church and coaching high school girls' basketball, or spending time with his fiancé, family, and friends.

He is using AerSol's data to offer simple solutions that benefit not only the company but also the local community. Drew's vision is to use the tools and data that are already available to efficiently identify and solve a wide variety of problems.
