How AerSol uses information submitted through this website.
Website inquiries
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, project details, and marketing choices. We use it to review your inquiry, communicate with you, and maintain a record of the request.
How submissions are processed
The website forwards submissions through its hosting infrastructure to an AerSol Google Apps Script, which records them in Google Sheets and sends a notification to info@aersol.com. Website hosting involves OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; inquiry processing involves Google Workspace. These services process information as part of providing the website and inquiry system.
Marketing preferences
Email and text marketing choices are separate and optional. We record your choices, the consent wording, and the time recorded. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself opt you into marketing. Contact info@aersol.com to change a preference. Any future marketing program must honor these choices and withdrawal requests.
Security and technical information
Our website uses technical information, including an IP address and temporary verification data, to validate submissions and limit abuse. Connection credentials remain on the server. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal records through these forms.
Records and requests
Inquiry records are used for follow-up and business recordkeeping. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact info@aersol.com. We will review your request and any recordkeeping requirements that apply.
