Permission and scope
For the project, location, and shoot dates identified below, I authorize AerSol to use the photos, video, and audio it captures (the Content) within the permission scope I select. Property permission includes the identified property and business details I am authorized to approve. Personal permission includes only my own image, voice, and name.
Where and how the Content may be used
AerSol may reproduce, publish, display, and share the permitted Content worldwide on its website and social media, in email, print, portfolios, presentations, and paid advertising. AerSol may crop, resize, combine, caption, and edit it for these purposes without further approval, but will not knowingly use it in a materially misleading or defamatory way.
Payment and ownership
No payment or royalty is owed to me for the permitted marketing use. This release does not change ownership or usage rights established in a separate written service agreement.
Credit and location
AerSol will respect my tagging and location choices below. Permission to tag does not guarantee a tag, publication, audience reach, or a marketing result. A general-area preference means AerSol will not intentionally publish the exact street address; the property may still be recognizable from imagery.
My authority and other people
I am at least 18 years old. For property permission, I own the identified property or am authorized to grant this permission for it and any business identity I approve. Personal permission covers me only. It does not authorize use of other adults, employees, tenants, guests, or minors; AerSol must address their permissions separately. Contact AerSol to arrange any release involving a minor.
Future-use requests
This permission has no scheduled expiration. I may request that AerSol stop new uses by writing to info@aersol.com and identifying the project. AerSol will stop initiating new uses after receiving and reasonably processing the request. Prior publications, existing printed materials, and third-party shares may remain. South Dakota law applies.
Voluntary agreement
I have read this release, understand my choices, and give the selected permission voluntarily. Media permission is separate from consent to receive marketing email or text messages. Contact AerSol before signing if you have questions or need a different arrangement.
